A new owner can actually participate in the creation of his or her own dreams – a truly, new yacht. Hargrave Custom Yachts is unique in that aspect because we welcome the chance to build it in conjunction with a new owner.

Second, if you prefer immediate gratification, we can show you high-quality, fully customizable new yachts, ready for immediate use, and then fulfill the custom designs or special needs adaptations you want to see included. Hargrave makes that choice yours.

When a new owner decides to build a yacht with us, he participates from the very first clean sheet of paper, to the laying of the keel and through to the hoisting of the owner’s pennant. Hargrave Custom Yachts is unique in the industry in that we welcome new owner participation at every step of the construction. We are dedicated to building it exactly the way the new owner wants it – all options are on the table. Just because you didn’t build it doesn’t mean it can’t be your custom yacht

For others, the early stages of the build are not for them. New, to them, means no one has owned it before, but it is also ready to take away now. Hargrave Custom Yachts provides that solution as well. Take, for example, the newly launched 101-foot, raised pilot house yacht, VICTORIANO, which was completed this year and made its début at the annual Miami Beach Yacht Show in February. It really was a show-stopper. The owners of this incredible, new, luxurious yacht fell in love with it and it is already providing pleasure, comfort, and style to them – the new owners. The owners were current owners of a 2008, 75-foot Viking motor yacht, but when they saw VICTORIANO they knew it was going to be the new one for them.

Yet, all the custom and quality still went into the building of VICTORIANO, the same as it would have if the owner had participated in the development. Jack Hargrave, who is largely responsible for the way American yachting has evolved, started a legacy of customizing each new build with the input of marine architects, crew members, captains, experienced yacht owners, cooks, designers, decorators, and anyone else who had experiences in what is right and wrong about how a vessel is built.
